Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically: Quarterly at USD 60 every 3 months, or Yearly at USD 200 every 12 months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your renewal date is shown on your account page.
You can cancel at any time from your account page — no forms, no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
First purchase: if Pandemonium is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
Renewals: if a renewal goes through that you did not intend, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full, provided the new period has seen no more than incidental use.
Outside these windows, payments are non-refundable, but your access always continues to the end of the period you paid for. Where the law of your place of residence grants non-waivable refund rights, those rights are unaffected.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
