These Terms govern your access to and use of Pandemonium (pandemonium.sg), a markets-education publication operated from Singapore (“Pandemonium”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms.
Pandemonium provides educational content about financial markets — lessons, articles, podcasts and market notes. Content is provided for general education only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in reliance on any content.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis — quarterly (USD 60 per 3 months) or yearly (USD 200 per year) — and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with notice effective from your next billing period. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content is owned by Pandemonium or its licensors. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, republish or make content available to third parties, or use it to train machine-learning systems, without our written permission.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Markets change; content may become outdated and may contain errors. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandemonium is not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms; where required, we will refund the unused portion of prepaid fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
